12 Carat Gold and Sterling Silver Heart Necklace

Pretty necklace made from two hand made heart charms. The larger charm is hand cut from Sterling Silver and has been given a hammered finish and the smaller heart charm is hand cut from 12ct Yellow Gold Filled and has a polished finish.
